I am interested as I think the penoscrotal would be best for me. A recent post seemed to suggest as much.
Also; as I understand it, he does both the Coloplast and the Boston.
Does Dr. Hakky do the penoscrotal now ?

Yes he does penoscrotal, and does both Boston and Coloplast. He does listen to the patient, and will make suggestions based on his knowledge, but he told me he will do whatever the patient wants ( of course if it makes sense and wouldn't cause issues ) I just had a revision done by him on 2-18-25 and it was penoscrotal and with an AMS 700 CX.
AMS 700 CX 21 cm X 12 mm with 2 cm rear tip extenders. Tenacio pump and 100 ml conceal reservoir done by Dr Hakky on Feb 18th 2025

i would also ask if they can do vertical or horitizonal incision and if Dr. Hakky has preference.
don't think it makes a big difference in terms of recovery but may for cosmetics.

If I recall the post correctly; Dr. Hakky does the horizontal with a short incision.

Can any brave soul share his horizontal penoscortal incision? Want to compare it to a vertical one to see if it looks ugly.
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.

I wish you the best of luck finding pictures. Most men report that their scrotal skin heals scar free. Might take a few months but the scrotal skin is remarkable at healing. I can not see any evidence of my incision. Btw, I'm pretty sure that my scar was more horizontal than vertical. I think part of it depends on your anatomy. Like which way some of your tissue runs. You are worrying about nothing. Scarring isn't normally noticeable if you can even find it.
I had a minor circumcision in 2013. My foreskin healed so well that my implant dr thought that I hadn't ever been circumcised.
