After fifteen years with a Titan, is it better to implant a Titan again?

I am going on my 4th revision with the Titan on March 23 after 3 revisions. I asked if I should switch to the AMS because of the failures and two Surgeons explained to me that with my size and having the titan all these years the AMS cylinders would not fill the space left by the titans. They both recommend returning to the titan as a best option for me to be happy with my new implant.

Sorry to hear this man. Was your surgeon a high volume one? Would a malleable one be of consideration?

Yes he is a notable surgeon here in NC and two other urologists I spoke with sang praise to his work and knowledge. I had not gave thought to a malleable out of my own discomfort of being ridged all the time. With my size it would be very hard to conceal and I have a very active sex life (Swinger) so it didn’t appeal to me. I’ll report back on my situation after my revision.
