Just wondering did Clavell give you the CX or CXR? My data is a mirror of yours to include plication and had @ 40 dorsal PD with heavy fibrosis. Installed initially with CXR, which I hated, but now have Titan 18cm. Rgds

I went there thinking I wanted an LGX for comfort. But when he examined me before surgery he looked at my girth and said an LGX would be too skinny, so he convinced me to get a CX instead.

Turns out, when he got me on the table and inflated my dick, it turns out I had an up curve 50 degrees and left curve 45 degrees. So i'd need the stiffness and girth of the CX regardless. I'd told him I really didn't want a titan. I'll take comfort over extra girth and dog ears any day. But that's just me.

I'm just about 4 weeks post op and hope to start cycling later this week. Won't be able to opine about the CX till I'm healed enough to take it out for a test drive. For once I'm happy I'm not very hung, so flaccid it should fit comfortably in my Separatecs.

Why did you switch from CXR to Titan? How are you liking things after the second surgery?

Day 28

Can’t believe it’s been 4 weeks already since my surgery. Time flies when you’re not having fun.

I can’t feel any more stitches in my incision which is mostly healed at this point. My scrotum is still tender as a sack made for 2 now has to support 3. No more pain walking, though my crus starts aching if I stand around too long in one place. Getting in and out of chairs is still uncomfortable but tolerable, so I’ll be sitting on my donut pillow for a bit longer.

We’re going out to dinner tonight with friends and i just can’t show up in loose sweatpants. So today is Day 1 of cycling.

OK, that’s definitely not fun. Since Dr Clavell left me 60% inflated after surgery, I needed to deflate the implant first. Isolated and pressed the release valve hard, but didn’t feel the vibration that tells you the implant is deflating. But noticed my penis was going soft, so I was doing something right.

Then came pumping up to 100% to start cycling. I really had to struggle to get any inflation at all as the pump is hard as a rock. Plus my scrotum is still tender and crushing my sack around a rock hard pump was no picnic. Eventually managed to get a death grip on the pump and when I squeezed it I felt the valve inside pop, after which I was able to get about 6 hard pumps in before the pump went rock solid again.

I stayed pumped up until my crus started aching - about 45 mins. This time when i pressed the release valve I could feel the buzz in the AMS MS pump that indicated it was deflating. I squeezed my penis to get it fully deflated then put 1 hard press into the pump to switch the internal valves back to inflate mode.

Before surgery I was getting about 15.5 cm length with a VED. During surgery I was 13 cm. Now I'm about 14 cm at close to 100%, no glans engorement. So maybe when all is said and done I'll be 14.5-15 cm length.

It is so nice to be deflated and wearing regular clothes again. No complaint about the trouser bulge I have now, either.

Day 42

I'm now 6 weeks post-op. Not that much has changed since week 4.

Scrotum - no swelling, no bruising, scrotal portion of my incision is healed but raised and whiteish. I only have occasional pains inside when something bumps one of my testes against the pump.

Penis - no swelling or bruising, incision though is still very tender especially where it terminates under the glans at the frenulum.

Glans - it engorges normally with the help of daily 5mg Cialis, but still sensitive to touch at the tip.

Cycling is gradually becoming easier as the pump becomes a bit more supple. When fully erect my penis stands pretty much straight out with a very slight curve to the left. When flaccid the stiffness of the cylinders even when deflated is giving me what looks like a partial erection. Hopefully that will relax more with time.

Since the surgery I’ve managed to masturbate to orgasm twice - once with a Fleshlight, once by hand. But it was more work than pleasure, as the scar tissue especially is still sore. So holding off on penetrative sex with my husband till we can both enjoy it. Meanwhile I’ve started applying Cicatape, a soft silicon tape to cover the incision scar tissue which will help the scar heal more quickly.
