Lots of great info here. "..the implant will only expand to whatever YOUR tunica albuginea will allow it to expand". Also, I never experienced this personally, but I know more than a few on FT have been concerned about it.

Clavell really puts out highly informative and well produced YouTube videos.
My two cents on the topic as I understand it. If there is healthy leftover corporal tissue that continues to get good oxygenated blood supply, chances of having a flat appearance is minimal with either kind of implants. Same thing goes for corpus spongiosm and the glans. If leftover corporal tissue thins along with loss of corpus spongiosm engorgement, flat appearance will happen especially if implant diameter is much smaller than original girth.
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.

Great explanation.

Totally makes sense and explains a lot. Was thrown off at first by the flat shape when I first started cycling, but once aroused, the penis looks round and normal.

I see you have a Titan. I'm heavily leaning towards the Titan but haven't completely ruled out the CX yet. I'm wondering if my girth is too thin for a Titan (5 inches around the base, 4.5 inches mid shaft). Mind sharing your girth size?

Mines around the same as yours. I needed to have a titan because I had a curve before surgery, an AMS device wouldnt correct as well. I’d suggest consulting with your surgeon based on your own situation.
