I’ve started leaving the pump in deflate mode when I’m not cycling. And I’ve noticed that my dick stays pretty flaccid throughout the day. You definitely could be having some blood flow and engorgement. I don’t have it all the time, but sometimes when my wife gets me horny, I can get a chubby without pumping any at all.
Make sure you’re squeezing all the saline out of your cylinders, so that the reservoir capsule doesn’t form too small, which could restrict the expansion of the reservoir.
