2 incisions for a revision??

I'm just 7 weeks post-op, but FWIW :
1) I'd be leery of having a doc perform a procedure he's not thoroughly experienced and comfortable doing
2) I've read lots of posts here regarding the use of larger sizes on revisions (again, FWIW)
3) I have both a penoscrotal and reservoir incision because of how the reservoir was placed in my left abdomen

1) my original implant was done penoscrotally and he said he doesn't do penoscrotal he does infrapubic
2) I will put in the same size as you originally got
3) there will be 2 incisions, first is penoscrotal incision, and the second is for the reservoir

A few days ago, I had my prosthesis replaced after fifteen years with the Titan. Same incision, penoscrotal, same Titan model, but with the current improvements in cylinders with the classic pump because I didn't want the OTR, same reservoir (it wasn't replaced), and a larger implant. After the measurement, the doctor had to increase the size.

So basically you gained 4cm in 15 years?

I am very curious. Did those 4cm translate into a bigger penis? or do you have exactly the same size penis as you had without those extra 4cm?

I am very curious how this increase in size plays out. But i am pretty sure those 4cm have to make some kind of difference?

It's only been a week since the surgery, and I still can't answer. Before the anesthesia, the doctor showed me the implant box, and on the label, I could read 20 cm. I felt relieved. When I woke up, the doctor told me the measurement was 22 cm. The report says Titan 20+2. We'll see what happens: whether I lose, gain, or stay the same size.

By the way, even if it's 1 week, i guess you are still kept inflated by the doctor? If so, were you able to take any preliminary measurements? to see if you notice any difference
