Hello, I suffered a penile trauma. I have 30% Peyronie's disease and a mild venous leak.
Injections with 10mcg of alprosyl cause priapism, and I need to be drained.
I've been using a ring and 100mg of Viagra, which gives me an erection, but not as hard as before!!
I no longer enjoy masturbation or sex like I used to!!
I have 4 options!!
Tie the deep vein and risk making things worse or better!!
Use smaller injections!!
Do nothing,
Or get the implant!!
I'm 32 years old!!

Sorry to hear about your difficulties.

Deep vein ligation does not seem to work. Every time someone here tried it they were dissatisfied. Usually it did nothing at at. On rare occasion they thought it might have helped a little but then the effect went away. I don’t think it is worth the risk.

I would try a much smaller dose and see what you get from that. You may end up needing an implant anyway, but you can try the smaller dose now.

Dang, sorry about what's going on with you. I have to agree that deep vein ligation seems like a risky surgery. If you are going the let a doc slice open your penis, just get the implant. Peyronies curve can usually be fixed through the implant. Due to the issues you're having may be one reason you are not enjoying sex anymore. At your age that isn't good. Hope you find a good urologist and get the problem solved.
