Any issues you have post-implant will be ignored by Kramer. Everyone going into surgery with him should be aware of this. Short of an infection, he will do nothing to address your issues or acknowledge he made a mistake. The guy is a fucking prick. Same thing happened to me, a GIANT aneurysm/bulge on both sides near the base of my penis. Said looks fine to me, not worth fixing. It hurt and looked awful. Suffered through 4 subsequent surgeries after dealing with his negligence.

When I figured out the failure I was still able to pump to 80%. Staying at that level I was able to maintain size over the 6 months it took to get a revision. That said, I went into revision at 8” and out with 6”, so not sure the 6 month erection was worth the trouble.

I was just reading that you lost 2 inches, but yout signature says that you got a bigger implant in your revision? i often wonder how the maths work here, as it's possible to get a bigger implant but still shorter penis.

I wonder how you are doing now a few years later, did you manage to recover all of your size?

Did Hakky say anything about infection risk being higher or give you a % of risk?

No. No discussion on infection risk other than the normal stuff for a surgery. With the way it's done now, and with a competent Dr, the risk isn't that great in my opinion.
