Suchasmed, you're right we are almost the same internal measurements. I can get 6.25 to 6.5 inches bone pressed, I was always a grower and not a shower, so maybe you can get there with your cycling the implant on a daily basis.
I've had my LGX for a little over three years and I've used it a lot with my wife, especially after she started doing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) a year ago, it has increased her desire to have sex a lot more, I would say more than when we got married 36 years ago.
I do like my LGX implant, it works really well and gets steel rod hard. My wife likes it super hard.
I did have problems with glans pain when fully inflated for around 6 months. It took that long before I could go an hour without pain and discomfort the last few minutes of an hour fully inflated. When I first started cycling the implant at 6 weeks, I could barely get to 20 minutes without a lot of pain in my glans.
I saw your signature and I'm sorry about your wife passing. I do hope you do find a partner, if you want to, to share in your new found ability to have sex again.
It's been a game changer for me and I hope for you as well.

Keep getting better,
SWorks

Sworks, since you have the LGX, did you notice a lot of growth over the months post op? I wonder to which extent the LGX expansion makes a difference or not. I do not really trust manufacturer-sponsored studies so i am curious what real users experience.

Discover, I've had my LGX for a little over 3 years now. Yes, I would say the first 6 months I did see growth, but only back to my original length and girth. To be honest Discover, I think that because the LGX does expand 25% in length, I could be oversized a little. My internal measurements are 10cm proximal and 11cm distal, for a total of 21cm. My doc and the Boston Scientific Rep put the 18cm LGX and 3cm rear tip extenders, which is 21cm, but the LGX expands 25% more. When I started cycling at 6 weeks, it took 6 months before I could get to 1 hour without discomfort and pain in my glans. At over 3 years with the implant I can go 1.5 hours without any discomfort. I was supposed to have gotten the CX implant. My military doc said that was his go to implant, but during surgery they made a game time decision to go with the LGX. When I inflate 25 pumps, I'm pretty sure that is 90% and I can stay at that level for more than 3 hours, after a few minutes at that level with additional tissue stretching, I can get in 5 or 6 more pumps which makes it steel rod hard, but I can only handle that max inflation for 1.5 hours. My wife likes it to be super hard, so I definitely want to make her happy ;)
If my LGX breaks down the road, I'm gonna ask for a CX because it is stiffer and it has more girth.
That's my 2 cent Discover
Does it work good? Yes, it does, but I think that it could be better

Let me know if I can help further,
SWorks

So you think you would have got the same length with the regular CX instead of the expanding LGX?

And are you sure girth is more in the CX? for what i've seen online both expand to 20mm (correct me if i'm wrong)

I'm not positive about that Discover, but I think I would have been the same length. Like I said, I believe that I'm slightly oversized because the LGX expands in length. My internal is 21cm, they installed me with a 18cm LGX with 3cm rte's which is 21cm, but the LGX is supposed to expand 25% more. So with a 21cm total implant that is 8.267 inches inside, and if the LGX does expand 25% more, and if your tissue can stretch that far, it would be 26.25cm total implant that is 10.33 inches inside. I think that is why I have discomfort after 1.5 hours of being fully inflated, because it is pushing on my glans real hard.
I only know from what I've heard here on FrankTalk that the CX makes you a little plumper for girth rather than an oval shape. I don't think you are wrong at all but I don't have all the answers, I'm just a novice at this and try to help when I can.

Sure. That being said, 1.5 hours sounds like a lot. I wonder if people with regular implants like CX also experience discomfort after 1.5hs fully inflated

Tomorrow is day 21. The pain has now given way to only occasional tenderness. I was swollen to the point where only the glans was visible. Now that has subsided to the point where I can pull back on the fat pad lightly and 2" of shaft can be seen behind it. There was hardness in the fat pad around my shaft, which I have been massaging as the famous Dr Perito suggests. It seems better.

I can clearly feel the tips the the cylinders on the underside, about mid glans. This corresponds to the Operative Report. From what I read in the forums and groups this is the right spot. Snake eyes, which were worrisome at first glance are pretty much healed.

I can also clearly feel the pump directly between my nads, but off center to the right, very close to that one. The doctor cleared me to start pulling down on it which I have done. Very awkward and tender, but getting a little better. I presume this is a combination of continued healing and getting used to it. I can even discern the ribs on the bulb. I find that using a towel lets me grip it more easily.
Here is where I really would like input. What has been your experience with the pull down procedure?
Thank you all in advance

Such, just try to get your finger tips on the bottom of the pump bulb if you can. It was real difficult for me because my scrotum still had swelling, just try and pull on it gently, you don't have to do much. When I first started trying to grab the pump it hurt because the surgical capsule hadn't formed yet and the ridges on that pump hurt. But after the capsule forms, you can't even feel the ridges on that hand grenade :!:
He gets along well with the other two brothers down there. I'm a avid cyclist so, it's good that he behaves well with the two brothers :!:

You got this :!:
