Oren,
The implant does not cause glans drooping. It has a separate blood supply. Its sensitivity did not change for me.
I lost size at first, but having done aggressive pumping before surgery and aggressive cycyling when allowed, followed by cycling and using a VED recovered all the length I lost and a little more. It’s in my story under “Rodsmen.” I have posted videos of the “after” use on my social media, primarily eX-Twitter. I am making a new video tonight clearly showing the (internal) pumping procedure, using a professional videographer. My social links are here: linktr.ee/BionicRod

Rodsmen,
What model implant do you have (Coloplast, AMS), and how many cycles would you say, as a rough estimate of course, you've put the thing through?
Thanks,
F1

AMS 700CX 23cm+1 cm ext. A huge number of cycles for just having gotten it at the end of 2023. At this point, I fuck an average of three dozen men a week, and have been trying to keep rough track, and am at around 1,700 that I have topped. Plus, my husband is at least one fuck a day and I jerk off at least once a day.

Wow, man! That's inspiring. You're not concerned about a break at that many cycles?

Are you still cycling daily to max inflation, or is that no longer necessary with all the action? :)
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

My understanding is that the cylinders rarely fail. If the pump itself breaks, the surgery to replace it is relatively minor. My surgeon said to "just use it." He also said that pumping to the max and then having sex is the best "cycling." I can add pumps about every ten minutes--each time getting a little bigger. It's not quite as hard when I don't, and it stretches. We have wake-up sex for about an hour each morning, and I keep it as hard as possible for as long as it is comfortable after that, while keeping it pumped to the max (for about another hour).

What about the tubing? Is the tubing a concern with the AMS, or is that more of a Coloplast thing?

I only know anecdotally from here, but think they would both be similar in that regard. Your doctor can get (at least in the case of AMS) a version with permanently attached tubes, or detachable. Mine are detachable, making it easy to swap the pump if needed, and then only 3 weeks downtime.
