1- much of my dick including the glans penis is numb.
2- when I cycle, I have stinging pain at the tip and at the Cruz. I can stay hard for an hour, but it’s not fun.
3- much of my scrotum is painful to the touch.
4- the tips of the implant seen alarmingly close to the tip of my dick and I’m afraid of erosion. When I alerted the doc to this at my 2 week appointment, she said all was OK . But I’m not sure I believe her.
5- After almost a year without PIV sex, my girlfriend is anxious to move this thing along and seems to be under the impression that at 6 week, we will get the go ahead and everything will be fine. Since she has no dick, she really can’t imagine what is like to experience the sort of pain we’ve all been going through.
6- in the flaccid state, this thing is incredibly uncomfortable. Just finding a place to put it in my pants is a challenge.

So, long story short, I can’t even imagine fucking with this dick right now. I am disappointed and afraid that this numbness will be permanent. I try to keep a positive attitude, but it’s getting harder each day.

Has any one else experienced similar problems?

Same for me as everyone else is telling you. I had several issues cycling etc. 7 weeks first time sex. Wasn't comfy. It takes time. Over 2 years in and everything worked out perfectly. I get the frustration. It'll come. Happy Trails.

Healing takes time and we all heal differently. First sex at 6 weeks made me hurt. Painful for the first few times. Then a bad reaction to the antibiotic kept me sore for almost 5 months. Pain meds and hot baths were my relief. Aspercream too.
Total time to heal from this surgery is one year, although most of that will happen the first few months. Sounds like you are in that "WTF did I let them do to me!" stage.

New, thanks for the pic. Yes, my tips are about where yours are. Are you ever afraid of erosion? I saw a pic of a dick that eroded and it was pretty gruesome.

no because mine is LGX and when deflated it shrinks about 3cm, so most of time its not pushing onto glans

I wonder why not all doctors just use LGX, it provides a better flaccid and is more forgiving about sizing errors since it can expand...
LGX 18 + 1, 90 cc. 2023/12
Pre-OP VED length: 5.5". Post-OP: 4". At 3 months post-op: 5".
Cycling with a lot of pain for the first 5 months, now improving
If you have a motorcycle or a bike stop using it (ED with motorcycle accident).
