But I can afford it, plus my AMS made me lose girth and when I learned about these I knew I'd want to pursue it.

In the ballpark, how much we talking ($$$$$)?

I don't know the price yet. I've asked but it has been difficult to find out. I've talked and emailed Hakky's office and they told me I needed to have the surgery code. I asked for the surgery code and haven't gotten replies yet. And I somewhat awkwardly asked someone on FrankTalk who didn't answer that question, but I don't blame him.

Don't quote me on this because I can't even remember where I got this amount, but I vaguely recall hearing like ~$35k might be in the ballpark. Just now I thought to ask ChatGBT and it gave some better numbers, like depending on the exact situation <$20k was possible, but a more recent estimate did predict $33,550, so maybe my ~$35k idea was relevant.

Yeah sorry I missed this question. I don't really know the answer. Is it possible? Sure, anything is. Is it likely? I think if VED use had a high probability of damaging the implant and ruining it so you need a revision, the somewhat minimal amount of research studies that have been published about post-op VED use would have never been done.

If they cause damage to implants it's not in any of the research, and I'm not coming across it in any anecdotal reports of men complaining that it happened to them here on FrankTalk or elsewhere. Dr. Hakky and other implant specialists tell their patients to use them 4-6 weeks post-surgery. They know what they're talking about, and if it's a real threat, I don't think they'd encourage their use.

In the near future I think it'll be standard operating procedure to use them, backed by science and anecdotally.

I do want to ask you, if you use a VED and worst case scenario your implsnt stops working, how much of a disaster is it? Is it costly? Will a few months without sex be awful? When I was overusing them I kept thinking if it breaks it wouldn't really change my life much. It would get fixed soon enough.

Edit: it's the morning after writing that and I realized, does a broken implant even make masturbation or sex impossible? I think you could still use a VED and constriction/cock ring like originally designed and get hard.

I've read that vacuuming for only 1 minute, 3 intervals, does it.
I'm sure there's dozens of variations.

What's been your experience? What's the sweet spot? Drs recommendations?

Any damage reported from use or overuse? Anything more than a bruise?

I've been using a VED for a few weeks now. I do not know what is the "ideal protocol". However, i do get the impression that i get more length when i do repeated short reps, instead of doing 1 rep at max inflation and holding.

So lets say i will inflate - deflate - inflate - deflate, repeatedly. I see in each short inflation my penis seems to go slightly higher than the previous rep. But if i do only 1 inflation, and keep it there, my penis does not seem to go any higher.

This might be just my impression, i am quite new here so if i anyone has tips on how to maximize the results of the VED they are welcome
