Auto inflated

APRIL 2, 2025 I had my pump replaced only. I met with my Dr yesterday to test everything and all worked well.
Today I noticed that my penis was inflated without me pumping it up.
Have anyone else experience that? What is the cause?
If I had issues with it not pumping up I would be worried but with it inflating I'm not as worried. Thanks Bros!

superb_h, what implant and pump do you have ? As noted in my signature block I have a Tenacio pump and have experienced 2 exceptions. First, it does not deflate with "one touch". I have not been able to get it to deflate unless I keep the deflate button depressed. Second, when I deflate I leave it about 10-15% inflated. Over the next few hours I become about 30-40% inflated -- and it stays about there. Neither of those exceptions are a problem, but make me concerned whether the pump has a problem that's going to become more of a problem sooner than later.

When yours auto-inflates how much does it inflate ? And does it remain at a certain level or does it just continue inflating more over time ?

Kodixx - I'm in the same boat as you. Implanted in Feb by Dr Hakky with a Tenacio and same thing I have to find the sweet spot on pressing the deflate button for it to deflate - too hard or soft it won't. Also after a few hours or overnight it will auto inflate to about 30%. I prefer this over my old one that the line to the reservoir separated on...

Are you inflated or is your penis engorged naturally? At first, I thought the same but realized my penis was filling up with blood naturally throughout the day and especially after sleeping.

I had the same type of pump that came with my LGX from 10 years ago replaced. It inflates about 10% to 15%.
It's not a issue yet and it appears that other brothers has experience the same issue. I'm not in a hurry to have it worked on just yet. Thanks for your feedback.

Hey Chuck,
I do think squeezing during deflation would push blood from other tissue much in the same way inflating too much decreases natural engorgement. I do get varying degrees of plumpness throughout the day and there are also times when there isn't much. For example, after wearing a groin cup and working out. I can tell the difference between natural engorgement and inflation....much rounder, fuller and heavier feeling.

Kodixx. The sweet spot is for deflating and you have to hold it there to deflate, it's not a I found the spot and can let go. Think of it like a rod with a hole drilled in it and that you have to move the rod up and down until the drilled hole aligns in the tube to let the fluid flow. It can be a pain and for me, squeezing my penis while doing it helps, but I guess the pressure from squeezing also makes the noise when I deflate.
