I have an LGX and am well aware of its length/girth expansion. Now I’ve heard the CX gives even better girth—I’m curious as to how much over the LGX—and better rigidity/firmness at the base, but can anyone here confirm this? I’m not sure who here has gone from LGX to CX or conversely (if anyone).
Hakky expressed the superior rigidity of the CX to me, but I’d really like corroboration from an owner. Also, does the CX provide any expansion in length at all?
Thanks!

seems like you already had the 21 cm LGX. Have you experienced any buckling? Are you needing a repair surgery with dr hanky?
21 CX - no issues at all with stability or buckling. It seems not many surgeons use 21 LGX in the first place for this concern but haven't encountered many others with 21 lGX here.

65 with ED for >10 years. Failed pills, not happy with injections. Implanted 6/24/24 (AMS CX 21 cm) with Dr Darshan Patel at UCSD.

I've only had the implant for a year but am less than satisfied for a few reasons (still better than total impotence). My base is really "wobbly"--no buckling, just "wobbly." My implant expanded by quite a bit in length (I got all my length back), so I don't know if I need more fluid or something. I'm not that happy with the girth.
Does the CX have a similar "wobble"?

Re: Benefits of AMS CX over LGX
I had the titan, now cx, I have the same circumference as the titan, about 0.5/0.8 cm more in length with cx, in 4 days it will be 4 months, if I swell from 80 to 90% it becomes 15/15.5 cm, sw swollen 100% becomes 14.5 cm
, no wobbling, at 80% I can do anal without any problems, 85% is ideal but it is not easy to get it to 85%

56, DE since 2010, the pills worked at high doses not well, on 01/23/23 titan one touch 22, Dr. Gabriele Antonini, Replacement from titan to cx 21 with ms pump on 04/03/2025, today I am almost 60 years old and have various pathologies, testosterone

I have the 21 cm LGX and mine is extremely rigid and stable at 16 weeks post op, no wobbling. That thing is anchored like a rock and barely moves during sex when I'm fully erect. But I don't have any RTEs and wonder if that makes a difference? I also have the larger 100 cc/ml reservoir for the MS pump and so far haven't been able to flatten the bulb, no matter how much I pump it. Very close to original length and girth have returned but I'm still trying to squeeze every last mm out of it.
70 y.o. married from Sydney Oz. PC and nerve sparing RRP 2022, but still profound ED since. Tried pills, injections, shockwave therapy, VED. Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.
Recovery going well.

4 months? Give it a year… But, yes, RTEs indeed make a difference, so perhaps you’ll be alright.
