I have had this implant for 3 years and myself love the thing. Our biggest problem is my size. I am 7.25 inches long with a girth of 6 inches. Looking at my dick I don't think it's that big. My wife is a tiny lady being about 5 feet tall and 105 lbs. She can just about take the full length, but it is very painful. We try various inflation , some are better than others.

Did your penis get bigger post implant? Implants are not designed to increase your pre implant size, so I am curious as to what changed. Did she have problems with your size in the 40 yrs that you have been together? What was your size pre implant?

Yes it did. most of the gains were in the girth. Really not sure what it was before. I did also gain about an inch in length. I do think the VED has helped with that.

I think she got use to your pre implant size over 40 years and it seems like your girth has increased to a point where its not enjoyable for her. It is hard to believe that the implant would have made you that much bigger so its now a problem. She is also aging and that could be a factor. Talk to her and let her tell you if anything feels pleasurable to her and then double down on whatever she says brings her pleasure. It might have nothing to do with your penis but other underlying factors might be in play and your now penis size is just an excuse. You will need to figure that out. I think most wives would want to have her problem but I dunno. My wife is appreciative of my bigger size and the fact that it stays hard forever. This is based on her actions post implant and those actions carry far for weight for me than her words. Most guys on here I believe would love to have your "problem" of being bigger post implant than pre implant. Good luck with figuring out what is going on with wifey! My wifey was hesitant and reluctant at first but she is now down to doing things that she had never done in 38 yrs. I give all credit to the bigger "bionic" dick. Good luck!

Implants, injections, etc, can create interesting problems for the over-60, 70, and 80 partners/women. There is just as much help for them as for us males. It can take a lot for these women to go to their gynaecologist and ask them for some help getting sexually active again at this time of life . It also takes a bit of experimenting with the alternatives to find the sweet spot You could say, it's one of our hobbies

It could be more of an age thing for my wife, she is on HRT pellets, so things great in all other areas. Also, before the implant, my erections were never as firm as they are now, even when I deflate it for PIV.
