Keep in mind that pre implant flaccid is unstretched, whereas post implant flaccid is stretched.

True, but we're talking about girth, not length here.

Yes, we are talking girth. There's also radial stretch after you dilate and insert the rods.

So it become even thinner?
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar

Here's a video of how malleable rod diameters are measured. You can also observe the flaccid before (unstretched) vs after (stretched).

For the best post-op girth within the limits of the anatomy, I would highly recommend the implant that Woody has. I think he nailed it. For girth, MPPs are great if the corporal diameter measurements are 13mm or below. I know Rigi10 had 14mm available outside the US.

Super cool video. The surgeon makes some excellent points about the malleable in terms of length sizing too. An MPP will likely be undersized in length by at least 1 cm (Hakky mentions he does it this way too) to mitigate risk of pain and erosion.

If a patient values maintaining or potentially even improving on their length or girth, I do believe the IPP is the better choice.
Diagnosed with venous leak after having ED majority of my life. Grateful to have some answers, and considering both MPP and IPP as options.

Thanks for the link. Well i haven't watched lots of mpp videos, but from this one it seems flaccid/unaroused girth defo increase a bit after rods insertion.
So i can't really understand your consideration about stretched penis girth vs unstretched. You mind elaborate more ?

You're welcome! For example, before my surgery, cold weather would cause my penis to shrink and the shaft diameter would be way smaller. I've always been a grower regardless of external conditions.

Now, that no longer happens because silicone rods were inserted to the upper stretch limits of the tunica. The rods not only offer a constant lengthwise stretch but also a consistent radial stretch giving me a fuller flaccid girth regardless of external conditions.
