6 Week Appointment - Activation Day

Postby BillinAL » Tue Jul 22, 2014 7:24 am

I am scheduled to see Dr. Milam at Vanderbilt on July 29th for my 6 week appointment and first pump up. I have read some accounts here that it is a painful experience. Do you recommend I take a Percocet or maybe two before the appointment?

Thanks ahead.

Good luck Bill. I was activated yesterday by Dr. Perito. Absolutely no pain. He simply pumped it up a couple of times, and did the same with deflate, then, gave me instructions. I was able to get it done as well. Of course he examined everything, including the surgical incision. Found all to be good. That was it. Nothing to worry about. Today, I had the best sex of my life. It was better than 20 year old doings. The fact that even after you ejaculate, you are capable of going as long as you want or need to is absolutely fantastic - something that even a 20 year old cant do. My only regret is that I didnt get this done 20 years ago. This is better than any experience I've ever had. Any guy who needs this and, procrastinates, is really short changing himself on some of lifes greatest experiences. Dont worry. This is a piece of cake.

Best of Luck to You

Hi Bill,
First, congratulations on your new Titan Penile Implant.
I was implanted with the Coloplast Titan in December 2007 after developing ED Post-Prostatectomy in February 2004.
The Implant completely corrected my ED and restored both my sex life and the emotional bond with my wife.
I would do it again in a heart-beat!!
Wishing you a lifetime of enjoyment with your Titan Implant.

Also, FYI, Coloplast has a new and very informative Website (www.coloplastmenshealth.com) which I would highly recommend for any man currently suffering with ED and looking for a permanent solution to his problem.

Best Wishes,
Bob

Thanks Guys - activation went well today. I did take a Percocet about 30 minutes before my appointment. I won't call it pain, but the only discomfort was in the glans when pumping it up.

Regards,

Bill

Great news that all went well. Had you marked on my calender to check on the activation. Now you have to schedule those inflate/deflate sessions twice a day. No problem they just get to be real routine. Glad you continue to do well.

Just had to share - took it for a test drive last two nights after activation, and it was like turning the clock back 30 years.

This was the first time in almost 4 years that I was able to make love to my wonderful wife of 41 years.

:)
