Olivero,
I think what Panhead was saying is that he wishes that when his cylinders were changed, that the doctor had left the original pump there. That is done sometimes by some doctors.

Cheers for the thread contributions men.

@Chaz: I have the AMS Device. I've been continuing to pump twice daily and it has got easier. The pump is fully caving on the first pump and then less so as I pump more. I'm only getting a small amount of pumps before it's too hard to squeeze but I'm guessing I'll get more as time goes on.

@huffy I was the same on first inflation, even in a few days it's gotten a lot easier. I think it will take a good few months before everything feels normal again.

@panhead. Sorry to hear about your trouble. Thankfully there is no sign of infection and things are healing well.

@power: it's too early to judge size but I'm probably half an inch to an inch shorter but I'm getting it back the more I pump so hopefully it'll end up similar.

As far as the tips go, I emailed Dr Kramer and he informed me that he couldn't get the tip of the right cylinder all the way into the glans because there was some scar tissue at the distal end of the corporal space. No idea why it had formed. So the left tip isn't too far or eroding which is good. The right tip is maybe 1cm less far but I've noticed that the twist disappears when the glans inflate so it's not a big issue.

He also said leave things alone for another 6-8 weeks and if the pump hasn't dropped then he'll move it which seems reasonable.

I had my first use of the implant last night with an unplanned encounter after a night out. While we were making out I went to bathroom and inflated the device as much as I could which hurts like heck and went back and continued to make out. Things got heated and before I knew it I was inside her but it hurt so bad. Definitely too soon to use it but with a hot naked girl in front of you it's hard to just go to sleep lol

After banging for about 3-4mins I had to stop because of the pain. I said I hurt myself during sex a week ago and was too sore to keep going haha. She had no idea about the implant which is surprising given the pump position. So she was happy enough to be finished of with a good tongue banging which was fun :)

More updates to come.

TomFord,
Well, no worries about your confidence, with two girls before you've healed! :D And I had forgotten that you had an AMS device installed. For some reason I was thinking you had a Coloplast. So please disregard my device specific comments.

You are ahead of me as for as pump/deflate working. I had the ams touch installed one week before you by Kramer. Having the same concerns with everything to high and still in pain. When you deflate how soft are you? I don't think I can squeeze and pinch any harder than I am, but deflated it goes down but still hard. Are you having the same problem? I would had to think of flying back to baltimore for adjustments

@chaz No prob and yeah, having a rock hard meat sword on que certainly helps the confidence :)

@Thailand good question about the deflation. I'm not sure if I'm getting full deflation. I'm having no problems using the deflate button and I feel and slightly hear the fluid transfer and the pressure go but as you said it still feels quite hard. Only today have I started putting my flaccid wang in the hanging down position so I think deflation is getting better. Previously I've be leaving it pointing up with while wearing tight kacks. I think also that the fact the pump is high is obstructing my wang from hanging in a more natural flaccid position. As I said I think things are improving as I inflate/deflate more so I'd say the more you do so things should improve too.

The high number PI doctors always say that they can install AMS or Coloplast, but they have a preference. And that's what they overwhelmingly install. Has Dr. Kramer switched from being a Coloplast guy to an AMS guy?

He does both. There's a good video on his YouTube channel comparing them. I said I'd prefer the AMS device as it looks slightly more natural in the flaccid state.

agree 100% with all Sinestra said. One more thing - you will be able now to do things you couldn't begin to do when you had natural erections. It won't go down even when the sun comes up. I am 7 weeks post op now and cant believe how good life is. Wish I had done this many years ago. Even at my age (82), I can do things a normal 20 years old man could only dream about, and you will be able to do the same. Congrats again, and best wishes to you.

Best Regards,

Charlie

Thanks for the encouraging words Charlie. It's great to hear you're loving life with your new implant. I too am very excited about the future with unlimited wood :)

I actually saw you post on here a few days before my op and assured my mother who was very worried that a gentleman in his 80s on here said it was a breeze so that set her mind at rest somewhat lol

Hope I'm still fit for it by then. Best of luck to you.

Here's one thing that worries me. You live in The UK, where you can find quite a few sophisticated and well-trained implant surgeons, and on top of that get coverage by insurance. Still, you went for Andrew Kramer in the US who likely charged you 20k or so. Most people from Europe on this forum tend to go for an implant in the US, even though the implant is available in their own country and on top of that, they have quite a fair amount of experience.

It's like if anything has to be done, it has to be done in the US, anywhere else isn't good enough. I myself live in Sweden, doctors are willing to offer me the inflatable implant, and reports say most are very happy with their implant. Still, when people from Germany, Denmark, UK go for an implant in the US, I get worried that something isn't right. It's depressing to say the least.

I'll never have the time or money to get an implant in the US, that's for sure. I could work for 10 years and still not have enough for an implant over there. *sigh*
