Believe post prostate surgery I was around 5 inches down from 6. Never measured girth but post titan otr 20 cm seems thicker.

I’m still chasing the elusive PIV orgasm. I’ve managed to cum 3 times with a hand job, but today I was unable to do so. I’m at a little over six months and feel that I might be going backwards. I don’t know what to do.

Osprey_1, sorry to read that this is still difficult. Best wishes on continuing to recover sensation. FWIW, I still benefit from the increased mental reaction to the slowly recovering sensation that is there, that comes from THC/CBD and PT-141. Below is a link to posts we exchanged awhile back.

This worked for me. Sample size of one but no downside. I used moisturizer/lube to over several weeks to re learn the pleasure sensations my masturbation. (Frenium etc) Also adjusting inflation level (less inflation for masturbation) harder for penetration.
Also I take Cialis which helps engorge head and this nerves. Sending you good wishes.

No luck with PIV orgasms here. Coloplast Genesis malleable 10 months post-op with subcoronal incision.
I'm definitely going to try my luck with IPP and 80% inflation. Thanks to Chuck for bringing up this idea in the past. I get depressed sometimes but I haven't lost 100% hope.

50. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

. As a fellow member of the radical prostatectomy club I can completely understand your joy at both being able to have erections again, and the return of orgasms.
