Pump Adhering to Scrotum

Postby Valdekio » Sun Oct 12, 2025 9:04 pm

So, I am just over three weeks in and the biggest pain I am dealing with is where the pump extends to the bottom of my ball. It pokes down at the very bottom and hasn't moved at all but is pretty uncomfortable where it pokes down at. I'm beginning to think it may be stuck at the very bottom of my ball sack. I tried moving the skin around a little but then started wondering if I should just leave it alone. Anybody else experience this?

Yeah, mine hangs in a very similar position. Early on it was really uncomfortable but slowly improved. I can't remember how long until it completely resolved, but it was probably around when I started having sex again at 7 or 8 weeks. I'm now happy with the bulb facing down on the RHS of my scrotum with easy access to the deflate mechanism. I was always a "one hung low" guy with my left nut hanging lower. Now I look more even, with my right (third testicle ;)) now slightly lower. I didn't really do much for pain relief but I did move the pump a little to reduce the discomfort. I don't think you'll do any harm with careful movement but it will probably get better on its own. I would be mindful of your body still healing, but I don't think the pump is that fragile. Eventually you'll be giving it a real workout and it won't hurt.

Valdekio, I did. And it was bad enough that I created a thread separate from my Journal. If its the pump bulb that's adhered, it should come lose over time the more you cycle. For me, it made cycling hurt more, but eventually that motion is what caused it to release.

Pump stuck to scrotum ?

Its call fixation, normal part of the healing process, yes it sucks not in the fun way… your body is adapting to its new parts. Mine took months to become free from testicular tissue.
Try supportive jock? Ice when you can. It will get better.

Ok, thanks guys. Maybe I just need to give it a little more time. I don't go back in until Nov.4 when I start getting cycled. I'll see what the doc thinks then.
