Life renewed:
We have a LOT in common.
If youre like me you'll have to give your wife a minute to adjust to the idea that sex is a lot less of a chore for her than it used to be. Ive literally been sorry or said sorry every time I've had sex for the last 10 years... until last weekend. And guess what my wife finally said to me yesterday: " I have my annual visit with my GP and im going to ask about hrt and if they wont talk about it im going to see someone who will"
I think we've all taken a huge step for ourselves and our marriages (for the married guys) by getting implanted and some wives will see that and reciprocate. From what I've heard men with an IPP with women on HRT is the magic combo.

And: i feel every bit of what you said about the new flacid but im getting there with it too. Moving it around like ~helicopters while 80% inflated helps.

Coloplast titan 26 cm placed on 8/26/25 by Dr Taj
~8" before IPP but not "hard" enough for pvi.
Tried everything as things progressed:
Pills, pumps, prp, trt, gainswave, peptides, trimix, quadmix and a vibrating ring.

You've got that right Colby!

Now that I'm Bionic and my wife is on HRT, it's a game changer! I hope your wife finds a clinic that will help her with her journey. The pellet works best for my wife.

Life Renewed wrote:Generally speaking, I think things are going well, but of course there are always some little details that aren't what you expected:

1) The ball is in the left side of my scrotum. The left side is REALLY swollen. Feels like the size and firmness of a lemon. I saw the Dr. two days ago. He said that that is not abnormal, and it will eventually subside, but for now it makes activating the release really difficult...like trying to do it inside of a full water balloon.

2) Crinkles in the implant tubes. I expected them. I didn't think about the fact that since they are rather sharp corners, they would irritate the inside of the penis and cause it to be sore. I can already tell that that is going away, it was just something I didn't think of.

3) I want to get back to riding the motorcycle, but I think I've got another 3-4 weeks before that. At least until the swollen scrotum resolves.

4) bubbles in the tubes. I thought I could feel/hear bubbles in the tubes. They aren't bubbles. It is just he flow of the saline through a confined space...kind of like when you squeeze a garden hose. You feel and hear the water pushing through the restriction.

5) with both Peyronies and an implant, I have definitely lost size compared to what I was pre-peyronies. Pre-peyronies I was about 7.25 long. Post implant, I can't measure yet for sure with the selling, but I'm guessing 5.75 - 6. It was a double whammy. Still...7" that doesn't get hard or 5.75-6" that does get hard? I'll take the latter any day!

When the swelling goes down, I'm going to really like this!

Now for the real kicker...My wife told me during the last three weeks that, maybe it's menopause, but she isn't that interested in sex any more. What? I've got the Alanis Morissette song "Isn't it Ironic" playing in my head. You know...we used to joke and comment that it seemed like the majority of time a woman got a boob job, they got divorced within a year. I wonder if there is any correlation to an IPP...

Hey Life Renewed thanks so much for writing this post! :) I am so glad I found this post because I'm going through similar things and I am now 3 days out from surgery.

I had a penoscrotal titan done 3 days ago.

I've noticed a sharp edge jutting out on the left hand side about 3 quarters down the shaft and it terrified me but I think it may be a dog ear effect, or something like that. I can press it and kind of squeeze the implant around. It has softened a bit since I started doing this and I can feel it moving around inside me, making plastic noises and also it is kind of crinkly and has those air bubbles that you speak of. I was freaking out with it today but now that I've seen this post I am a lot more calm. Hope you are well on the way to a happy new erection :)
