Re: TomFords Joruney
@Alishan: The surgery cost $20k which is roughly £12,000, that's less than 6 months saving on the average UK salary so in the grand scheme of things it's not a life changing amount. Also in the UK very few people have health insurance, we have the national Heath service which is free at the point of use which translates into a dreadfully inefficient system with huge waiting lists and a poor standard of care in a lot of cases. I never even got a Doppler ultra sound done post injury and any time I went to see a urologist I had to pay to go privately, the waiting lists were ridiculous. The general treatment I got in the UK relating to sexual health post accident was horrendous. Going straight to Dr Kramer was the best time I ever did. I was fortunate enough to be able to afford the surgery with one of the best surgeons so I went for it but you could equally have as good of outcome with a lesser known surgeon in your own country but you'll most likely have to wait longer. Any surgeon performing over 50 implants a year should be ok IMO.

8 weeks post op:
Hello men.
Today is 8 weeks from surgery and I'm becoming very accustomed to life with a bionic wang. The pain on inflation has been getting less and less and every few days it takes more pumps to feel the pain in the glans where the tips are pushing into the tissue which I assume is a good sign as everything continues to stretch out. I'm now getting 11-12 full pumps before it becomes too difficult to continue. On the first few inflations squeezing the bulb was like trying to crush a walnut between my finger and thumb and i was getting maybe 5-6 pumps which were only 1/2 to 3/4 pumps. The bulb is now as easy to squeeze as the practice one and all the pumps are full squeezes.
As far as phyical activity goes I've been going full on in the gym for over 4 weeks now with virually no limitations. The ONLY exercise which ive felt discomfort while doing is heavy deadlifts. I could feel slight discomfort where the rear tips are located but thats it! I've squatted just shy of 400lbs with good depth with absolutrly zero discomfort which is fantastic. I've also purchased a nut cup to keep my $20k wang safe as I intend to go back to full contact rugby in the coming months.
Having read accounts of other men commenting on their package bulge being visable underneath their trousers I was concerned about that but I wear fairly tight suit trousers to work and I have not had that issue at all. It's perhaps because I wear tight fitting Calvien Klein under wear which keeps everything nicely in place.
The issue I was having with the glans twisting has all but disappeared with regular inflation which is tremendious. I'm not sure if the right tip has moved forward slightly but the discrepancy isn't noticable anymore.
With regard to size I'm now up to 5.75inches after pumping as much as I can and I hang at 5inches deflated. I'm not sure if I previsously mentioned the specific size or not but I had a 21cm + 1cm RTE LGX model fitted. The first time i pumped it up i was just over 5inches so it's stretched out quite a bit and continues to do so. I've noticed that if I pump the impant up to about 80% (before i get any pain in the glans) I get natural engorement much easier while masturbating compared to if I pump it up to the current max. When the glans engorge it takes me to just over 6inches, which is more than enough Girth also increases quite a bit with the engorgement and makes the erection appear less oval in shape. An added bonus is now being a "shower" and having a very nice bulge in underwear whereas before I was very much in the "grower" category.
As far as sexual encounters go I've been avoiding them since that very painful encounter at the 4 week mark but I've got a girl coming over this Friday night ( having made excuses for the pass 2 weeks not to meet up to give me more healing time) and the way things have been in the text messages etc the night will no doubt end up in the bedroom. She's an absolute stunner and only 19 so I doubt she's been with many partners and I'd be willing to put my house on it that she has never been with a bionic lover lol
The only thing that I'm concerned about is her noticing the pump. There's no chance she'd notice anything about the schlong except that it's hard as an iron bar lol but the pump postion is still high and forward making it quite noticeable. It 's partcularly noticeable when I'm lying down flat on my back so I'll try and avoid that poisition and keep the lights down low. Worst comes to worst I'll come clean but I'd really prefer not to have to.
I'm going to wait another 2 weeks to the week 10 mark and contact Dr Kramer and organise a date to lower the pump. If I was in a long term relationship or married I'd probably leave things as they are but I think the 5min procedure will save me a lot of unnecessary conversations over the coming years and be worth dragging my ass back to Baltimore for, although getting the time off work in a new job will be a major pain in the neck.
I think that's just about everything to update for now. In summary, at the 8 week mark I have absolutely no regrets about my decision to become a chartered member of the Brotherhood
Good luck to all.
Oh yes, one more thing I should mention, probably the only negative of the procedure, is that I have a numb strip up the the underside of the shaft. Thankfully it doesn't effect the glans but it's worth noting. Maybe the sensation will return in time but to date it hasn't changed.

Hey TomFord,
I'm glad to know everything is getting healed.
I've been following your journey since the beginning and it's great to know that you are happy with your implant.
To be honest, I come in here from time to time just to see if you posted anything new.
Good luck with your date. I'm sure it will be fine and your concerns now are much different from when you were at the stage of "will it stay hard?" ; "please stay hard"; "am I hard?" etc etc.
Keep us posted on your journey!! Take care

TomFord,
I also paid close attention to your "blog" but before and after your surgery. Based on your recommendation, I went all the way from Brazil to Dr. Kramer in Baltimore to get my implant done. It was, without a doubt, the absolute 100% best decision of my entire life. He is phenomenal, has done 3000 or so I guess, but also an incredibly nice guy- I just looked at him and knew he'd be a friend, he cared, I'd do well. Good luck with your dates and future lucky women in your life, thanks for guiding me to the right surgeon!

Hi tomford. Can you tell me how much it costs you in total. Hotel, food, surgery, meds. tickets. How long you stayed in America. Is that pre-surgery measurements bonepressed both flaccid and erect. As you can see my english very bad. Im living in turkey . I have to save my money without spend not even 1$ for 30months to get surgery done by Dr. Kramer. I dont know what to do. Im 24 years old. I wake up everymorning psychologically destroyed. There is cure but i dont know how can i achieve that cure. My measurements 6 inches erect 4.5 inch girth, 6 inches flaccid strecthed (Bone Pressed). But i have pretty small flaccid length and girth. Like 2.75~3 inches length (non bonepressed) and 4 inches girth. I dont even know am i suitable for implant.

Hello men.
Apologies for not updating the log in such a long while. I've been super busy with a new job and I've been putting off updating this until Dr Kramer gets back to me about doing the pump adjustment but he's on holidays until the 20th of October.
This is the first time I've logged on here in a while so im only seeing my pms now. I'll reply to them all over the weekend and I'd like to say thanks for all the kind words of appreciation in them, it means a lot that the info in this log has helped some of you battling ED.
So I'll post a big update in the next few days when Dr Kramer replies covering the plans and all the experiences to date with girls and sexytime etc
Good luck to all.

Re: TomFords Joruney
Hello men.
Long time since updating the log. It'll be 6 months since getting implanted on the 2nd of January. Time flys!
I finally got surgery to get the pump position adjusted on Monday morning passed there. It's still swollen a lot down there but I can tell already it's made a massive difference. The pump is now tucked right in behind my balls at the bottom of the scrotum and none of the tubing is visible or palpable at the base of the shaft anymore. It's looks fantastic!
I travelled to London to get the surgery done. The consultation with the Harley street surgeon cost £300 and the surgery cost £3250 done on an out patient basis. I'd recommend anyone who isn't happy with the pump position to not hesitate if considering getting it moved. There was very little pain after the surgery and now 2 days later I'm able to walk and move no problem. I can not wait for the incision to heal so I can whip my new fine tuned weapon out with no thoughts of tubing or the pump getting in the way!
Also worth noting, a couple of months ago I went back to playing rugby at semi professional level. Some of the hits I've taken and given have been huge and I've not even noticed the implant once. I deflate it fully so any sharp bend or impacts it takes doesn't cause me any injury or pain at all. I can conclusively say that an implant will have ZERO effect on any physical actively. I'd like to have known this before surgery because I was saddened that I might not be able to play rugby again, I remember reading on the AMS site regarding physical actively to "chose your activities wisely" which made me think there are limitations but there isn't, ANY! It's just a shame the rest of my body isn't as indestructible as I tore my rotator cuff in a game the week before last so I'm out of the gym and rugby for a month or so which sucks but I guess has coincided ok with the surgery on Monday.
Ill try to keep this updated (hopefully better than last time lol) with the healing over the next month and how things feel and look down there when the swelling goes away.
Good luck and Merry Christmas to all
