I had the same exact thing on 9 Oct with the same sizing, type and incisions. Crazy. My doc left me just partially inflated bit thats the only difference. I dont think it is making any difference though. I dont go back until 8 weeks so wondering how we differ from so many on this site. Seeing guys cycling in 3-4 weeks, I just can’t understand. I am one week today and so damned sore. The swelling is way down and I think that had to do with the drain bag I had for several days. Just icing as much as I can and taking it easy. I go back to work Monday but I will be working from home for a few weeks.

Congrats to you! I had my surgery on 11/4/25, so I am right now at the 6-week mark. My doctor also left me deflated. My dick, not my ego

I will see him on Christmas Eve morning to have him activate the thing.

There are many men on here who are extremely helpful and supportive, but remember that everyone is different, and healing, size, growth, experience, etc. will be different. So, here are my two cents: Ice,ice & more ice. Wear the underwear like Sepratec brand...works very nicely. Very important...did your doc mention this to you?..once the swelling goes down in your scrotum,try to gently pull down on the pump to keep it from riding up too high near your balls, etc. There are lots of YouTube videos explaining how to do this. I recommend Dr. Perito's "Meet The Dick" video on this topic. Dr. Clavell's are excellent as well. Think about subscribing to their channels.

At the encouragement of a lot of our Bionic Brothers here, I stopped worrying about how damn small it looked post-op. A lot of it was swelling. And if I'm totally honest with myself, this is probably the first time in my life that I am a show-er. I seem to have "gained" back an 1 1/2" although I believe this was just the swelling on the "fat pad" going down. I'm now at about 4 1/4 inch flaccid, and this is before activation and, of course cycling.

It also does a ton for your self-confidence when you wear the kind of underwear such as SepraTec and you have an instant bulge. I have definitely noticed a few women noticing it. Because it also gives you back your BDE (Big Dick Energy) even if it's an average-sized one.

Just stay positive. Try not to compare your recovery/results to anyone else's experience.
