Also could you please share your proximal and distal dilation length from both of your surgery reports?

From my original Nov 29, 2023 implant:

FINDINGS:
16 distal, 9 proximal.

IMPLANT:
24, +1 AMS CX with 100 mL Conceal reservoir.

From my 12/2025 revision: I then used the Furlow dilator to measure him at 16 and 11, which was a 2 cm upsized from his original 25 cm measurement. To that end, I went with a 24 CX implant with 3 cm rear-tip extender.

I have also seen photos after your first surgery where your dick was pointing straight up when fully inflated. When I looked at the current pics it looked to be at a 90 degree angle. Is that because you didn't go to full inflation yet?

No, I have not asked the doctor about the snake eyes seeming to be off-center. I’m only seeing his P.A. Next week, but that’s one of my questions. I am unhappy about my dick coming out way to the left. Oddly, when I lift it up, or get in a position to let gravity push it up and against my body, it straightens out. My doctor promised it was perfectly straight when fully inflated during surgery. This is similar to what occurred with my original implant, so I have no reason to doubt that it will be straight at full mast. It is true that I bent left after my original surgery when just a little inflated.

Thanks for the info. The reason I asked for the measurements is because I was curious to see how the operating measurements and extra length gain translated into real life bone pressed length gain. From your listed measurements the gain was proximal, which would indirectly indicate there was no bone pressed length gain. But I think I remember you mentioning somewhere that you have gained actual length. Anyways it's always fascinating for me to try to gain more insight into the whole subject of penile implants.
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.
