9 week update,

Hey guys first time having sex post op! Just to to give you abit of an update from the last post, the pain has significantly dropped,

Shaft 1/10
Scrotum 0/10
Pump 0/10
Head/Glans 5/10

During intercourse today (first time in since op), i came in full guns loaded and quite aggressive, but i was meant with unbearable pain in the head of my penis and a little area near the head of the penis where i believe i had a glanspexy procedure during the installation of my implant, that stung like a motherf#$%*&!!!!! It felt really tight as the foreskin would try go below my head almost like it wanted to rip. I believe the area is stiched onto my shaft so the head doesnt go floppy, but all the stiches are long dissolved and gone so i dont know why its so tight to the point it stings with a scale of 9/10.

Is it normal to still be feeling pain after 9 weeks?

Good to hear from you again Robbie. There is no standard outcome, we all heal at different rates. Yes I still had pain during sex at 9 weeks and beyond. Not 9/10 but possibly 7/10. After about 10 weeks it slowly improved and each attempt became much more pleasurable and less painful. Also I didn't have the extra procedure that you had. From what you describe I'm guessing additional healing time might be needed. Although the stitches have dissolved it and sounds like it's tolerable, it's still a 5/10 normally and aggressive sex would put a lot of pressure on that very sensitive area. That was only your first attempt. Maybe keep trying but take it a bit easier and see if that helps. Hopefully the discomfort will gradually subside and you can build up to more vigorous antics. That was how it went for me anyway. Now I can fuck like a 20 year old thrusting as long and hard as I want pain free.

I am at day 5.
The doctor has me at 30% inflated. He is making me wear a very tight jock strap to support my balls.

The problem is that my penis feels very hard, even at 30%. And, keeping it pointing up in jock strap is causing me no insignificant amount of ache at the base of my penis.

I try to walk every evening to keep my level of fitness at a reasonable level. The whole hour I am walking, I am bitching and moaning about the ache.

And, if I try to bend it a little close to the glans, that also hurts.

I suppose it is a traumatic experience we went through and we need to give ourselves a lot of time to let things settle and heal. Wow, wisdom. I hate it.

I hope you feel better soon my man when did you go back to work?(if you did)and how you felt?i m kinda worry cause I have only two weeks vacations.

I hope all is well on your side.

I didn’t really stop work at all. My work is remote. So, I have a lot of flexibility.

However, my work also forces me to travel internationally extensively when a project pops up. I had to hop on a plane to Europe exactly two weeks after the surgery. Since that first flight, I visited 7 countries in Europe and the Gulf region.
I finally get to get back home tomorrow; Tuesday the 9th of December, a full 8 weeks after the surgery.
So, I missed a few doctor’s follow-ups as well as physical therapy for a previous sports injury that broke most of the bones in my left chest.
As a result, my surgeon has forbidden me from cycling or playing with my implant until he sees me again on Thursday - almost 9 weeks after the surgery.

The good news is that I have no pains or aches in the equipment. The only thing that is still weird is my massively swollen scrotum.

So, I am looking forward to posting an update on Thursday night.

14 week update!

Hi Bionic Brothers!

I hope everyone is doing well and happy!

After 14 weeks of up and down emotions, its safe to say i am really loving my implant, the pain i have had in other updates is subsiding and i am slowly starting to feel quite invincible with my implant.

Before i was implanted, i had really bad ED where i could barely get hard and not long enough for penetrative sex, this affected me my whole entire life, when i used Viagra in my early 20s it worked for abit but even still i had psychological fears of it not staying hard and it actually affected my sensitivity as well, so an orgasm was 90% of the time off the hook!

Now after 14 weeks, i have gone back to back nights of quite intense and rough sex (which i love) where me and my missus have orgasmed together and i must say some of the most passionate experiences of my life.

Over the last two nights i have noticed no pain and my sensitivity has actually improved to the point it is probably the most sensitive ever which is awesome! I have also been able to try new postions and my anxiety and fear of losing the erection has subsided and i have never felt so good mentally!

During the inplementation of my implant, i also had a glanpexy done, this resulted in tight little scar behind the head of my penis, as im uncircumsized this caused alot of pain on the sretching of the scar during natural sex. I decided to find natural feel condoms which has solved the problem for now.

I spoke to my surgeon who said the scar pain will pass and to use Bio Oil for a few months, so i will update how that goes so i can have natural sex without a condom (couldnt even tell i had one on the last two nights). I will attempt every now and then to have sex without the condom and see if there is any improvement.

I really couldnt of have changed my life without this community, i remember a year ago extremely depressed, feeling worthless and thinking i have tried everything from extremely high doses of Viagra, injections and pumps. Trust me the thought of an implant was too much and way too life changing so it was off the cards! Until i found this community which changed my life.

You guys are all amazing and supportive before, during and after my procedure and the reassurances of your experiences has helped me not feel alone and feel confident to push through the mental barriers and the first few months of pain which can be worrying at times! So thank you!

Robbie that's a wonderful outcome mate. I know the struggles you've had and it looks like that is now behind you.
Yes, sex is so good once the pain has diminished and everything has healed .
Also I've found Bio Oil to be very good. I often use the gel version as dry skin moisturizer but have also used the oil on surgical scars.
Just don't expect it to work overnight, takes time.
