I have an issue, I think!
I’m two weeks post-op today. I had a Titan 22cm implanted via infrapubic.
So far, everything has gone really well. The bruising has almost completely gone and I’ve had very little pain since the operation — mostly just mild discomfort. I’m no longer taking any regular meds, just the occasional Panadol Osteo when my penis aches a little. It’s still sitting around 30–50% inflated.
I’m bathing daily and gently massaging around the pump. There’s still some squishy, jelly-like material around the pump, and I’ve been told warm baths and massage should gradually get rid of that?
So here’s my question for my bionic brothers:
This morning in the bath I noticed that the pump seems to be sitting sideways in my scrotum. Looking down, it’s clearly facing to the left, and I can also feel the tubing between the pump and the cylinders sort of snaking around the far left side of the scrotum.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Is this something I should be concerned about?

Pump position?
67yo - Australia - embarked on the usual journey of pills and injections 10 years ago, which worked sporadically but turned out to be more stressful than they were worth.

Re: Pump position?
I'll just give you my experience with that.
First of all...have patience. When your doctor clears you for it, start gently pulling down on the tubing to keep it from riding up on your scrotum and getting settled there. Both Dr. Clavell and Dr. Perito have YouTube videos on this topic.
Once you are cleared for cycling, be aggressive about it. Use the Perito Exercises. I also found another doctor who was very helpful with this even further. He recommends doing 3 rounds of "around the horn"...bending the penis as per Dr. Perito, and keeping it in place for 10 seconds. After the 3rd round, give the pump a couple of squeezes. Do this for 5 rounds.
I have found this very effective not only for regaining length and girth, but also for "unfolding" the tubing and have everything settle. I cannot even feel the tubing on the side of my penis or scrotum any longer.
Most important thing, like you will hear over and over on here...patience.
