It's been quite a long time since I visited here. Life happened. But it's been almost 4 years since I had the implant never been happier. Past 4 years has been nothing but amazing. I had so much sex in this 4 years that I never had in the past more than 20 years( even though I am only 44) .. I wanted to let the community know that I am good happy amazing sex life and no issues with implant . Sometimes I have pain in shaft or scrotum after I ejaculate but manageable. I try to use it as much as possible few times a week at least even when I am bored .. my confidence is through the roof now my focus is to be more fit to enjoy sex even more(well I like to dominate and not just be rode so that requires energy ). Even when woman is on top I like to take charge. :mrgreen:

Born 1974. Implanted 5/21/2024. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

thanks for coming in, that's what we want to hear, success stories.
Me too am having sex like crazy to make-up for the lost asexual time I had, almost 20-25 years, and I also had more sex in the last 2 years, than I had in 20 years before. :D
Just yesterday was one of those days I've fucked 4 hot 20-25 years old chicks at a swinger party. Awesome how the implant can change one's attitudes and life :!:

So great to see guys checking in after years and years of successful use! Very happy for you man. I can’t wait to keep healing up and eventually be able to use my implant (I have a malleable, a little over two weeks out of surgery so still have some healing to do) :lol:

ED since high school. Pills always hit or miss, mostly ineffective. Finally diagnosed with venous leak in early September 2025.
