You are correct. He is a high volume surgeon. Works in the Reston hospital near DC and Dulles airport

Congrats, your results are looking great especially the upward angle. Was that your natural angle and did Taj say anything to preserve that angle? Also is Taj a Titan guy or did you guys discuss both options of CX and Titan?
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.

We did not discuss CX. I was kind of wanting a titan to begin with so I didn’t push it. I betting that’s mostly what he does. He pointed out that I had a better chance of getting girth with a Titan because I think the cylinders are a bit thicker.

I think my upper angle is higher than what I had before. I always had trouble getting erections in the first place, so it was hard to judge the angle. Probably beforehand I was more like a 3 o’clock. I do love how it points up. I pumped it up for two hours today and it wasn’t that bad. However, the pump was really challenging to deflate. It definitely hurts and while I can find the release valve just squeezing it is painful. All the inflamed tissue around it, and I have some bruising on the bottom of my balls. Occasionally, I’ll get a very sharp stabbing nerve pain. Things are just very unhappy in that area.

I continue to be amazed by it, just staring at it and thinking about how confident I will be. Looking forward to things settling down in the next two weeks and being able to try it at about three weeks.

Ok got it. Yes over time if the tunica does expand, your chance of gaining girth would be higher with a Titan .

It's great to see your post op angle. I think most people don't end up with such a great angle. Anything special you did for example keep it pointing upwards?

From what I have read all the pain you're having is part of the healing process. Will take some time to settle down. I'm also quite impressed by your deflated pics as I don't see any visible signs of dog ears. Are you feeling any folds or kinks creating sharp edges poking outwards creating pain? The primary reason for me liking the CX is because I have heard folks with around 5 inch girth mentioning having having pain from the kinks and folds. I'm 5 inches girth and 6.25 inches length BPL.

I didn’t do anything special to get that angle. I think part of it might’ve been that beforehand, I had a very slight upward curvature. I do notice that when it is fully erect it does twist a little to the left. I am bending it and molding it to try to get it to where I want it to be. Actually had a bit of a twist in my dick before surgery.

When I first deflate it, it definitely looks weird. My whole dick looks kind of flattened and hangs oddly, like someone stepped on it. I totally get that rubber glove feeling, and I can shift the cylinders around with my fingers. That changes the shape and the way that it hangs though. I wouldn’t say that I have distinct dog ears, just an overall misshapen look - no pain. But then after a little bit of time, it seems to normalize. Even if it is a little bit misshapen, I don’t think anyone would notice unless they came up and studied it closely. Over time I’m confident the cylinders will soften and settle. It’s actually a little bit uncomfortable to be fully deflated because when I flip my dick up I can feel all kinds of bunched rubber and it puts pressure on the lower part of the shaft. Just uncomfortable. Pumping it with a little bit of saline seems to settle things.

Very nice description of the Titan deflated state. Sent you a PM.

Day 8

Very happy to be one week out but things are still tough - not complaining! Just want to share my experience.

I've been cycling for 2 hrs every day and then for about 30 min in the evening. I pump it to the point of discomfort and those two hours feel very long. I did some Perito exercises at 90 minutes and boy did that hurt! It feels so unnatural to bend your dick when it is so hard. I have persistent deep ache and sometimes real pain when I'm cycling but I just try to push through it. I find that there is somewhat less pain if I stay seated. Has anyone iced during cycling or is that counterproductive?

I had some slight hourglassing mid-shaft from Peyronie's but the Titan has completely fixed that. I do feel more pain and tenderness mid-shaft since I'm sure it's pushing really hard there. I notice that my dick rotates a bit to the left. It's like the right cylinder is a bit more expanded. I don't know if that will last but as I heal I imagine things will settle and even out a bit more.

Being mostly deflated is sometimes very uncomfortable. I can feel the cylinders bunching around the base of my dick and sometimes I get pain there. It feels so weird to bend my dick up or down because the cylinders seem to want to be straight (being new). I have been waking up at night with some pain because I think when it sits in one position for a long time the bunched plastic can hurt. If I get up to pee and move it around it seems to get better. I'm experimenting with keeping it partly inflated to help keep things stretched out. Still on OTC pain meds every 4-6 hours and sometimes ice in the evening.

Deflating has been challenging as well. I don't have any trouble finding the button, but when I press on it it feels like I'm smashing the tender soft tissue that sits over it. I get an occasional jolt of nerve pain because the whole area is so tender. I usually do a press/release 2-3 times to manage the discomfort and give myself a break. The bottom of my scrotum has a huge purple bruise extending down to my perineum that will take a long time to go way.

I'm a horny guy and I've already jerked off five times (oops). I use a light touch so it's not like I'm putting any force on it. I also did it once with a fleshlight. I do sometimes get some discomfort at the base or in my balls but it's nothing beyond what I experience normally. The orgasms have been great! Better than what had pre-surgery. My dick feels very weird in my hand since it's flatter. My glans does not engorge very much but that may change eventually.

Really curious how things will change over the next few weeks as I heal and settle. I'll likely gain some length and girth. My staples come out in a week and I'll probably be able to have sex in a couple of weeks. Not enjoying the cycling at al!!! Annoying as hell to have constant discomfort, but the payoff will be worth it.

Hang in there. I have not had the surgery yet, but I am trying to find a doctor in my state who might take my insurance. Thank you for sharing your journey.
