How far does the implant extend with its tips into the glans?

Hey guys, how far does the implant go into your glans?
58 years old, living in Germany, ED since 2004,
03.02.2026. Rigicon 10 Infla X Pulse 22cm + 2cm by Prof. Dr. Osmonov, Germany.

Depends on your surgeon's philosophy, but yeah — typically around 40-60% into the glans. You need that for overall glans stability, but you don't want to go too far for obvious reasons.

Flaccid - About halfway.
Erect - More than 3/4.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 22 then profound ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED.
Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m.
Recovery great but have a bend.

Honestly I don’t think the surgeon has a lot of control over it besides the decision to short you (or need to in the case of AMS especially). Unless he literally goes in and stitches it closed (like an erosion repair) it is either the correct size or not. If it’s too long, you will just give yourself erosion faster.
Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.
