Agree with LastHope on reading mbambo’s thread.

Also - check out this one from user dj_soros:

In it, he talks about his use of compression boxer briefs to hold his implant down. I imagine that the right underwear - like compression boxer briefs - might make a difference in comfort. Ironically, something that holds the penis tighter might help you so that it hangs closer to 6 o clock and doesn’t push directly out onto your pants.

Also - have you tried wearing a baby sock over your glans? This is a very common recommendation here to reduce glans sensitivity. Worked for me first two weeks of my recovery and I’m considering wearing one again as I start wearing my trousers again.

Will your glans pain when u wear an underwear keeping thr rods bent down and while walking or sitting. It’s kinda of little sensitive and still rods are towards 4 o clock position
Will the sensitivity go in a sometime

I literally only started regularly wearing underwear this 4 days or so. It was very difficult and itchy and sore and sensitive all at once for the first day or two. It got better last couple, and I do think it will keep getting better each week.

Down and slightly left seems most comfortable right now for me.

This + wider leg trousers with pleats (not flat front pants like most chinos or jeans) and a HIGH RISE (waistband comes up to about my belly button) is giving me best concealment and comfort results. These kinds of pants are also incredibly stylish - wool for cold weather, linen for summer. You can wear sweaters tucked or untucked with them and they look perfect. In summer, an untucked linen shirt + linen pant are incredibly cool (both looking and also temperature wise).

Again, the key is wider in the thigh area and crotch + higher rise.
