ED treatments and implants in the near future. Whats coming?

Postby Never_Enough » Wed Feb 25, 2026 6:43 pm

I have been procrastinating for a while now over my want/need for an implant.

I would like to discuss my EQ in another thread so as not to cause this one to be unfocused.

I read someone's post a month or two ago who mentioned that there was news coming of new techology and methods for implants that will greatly improve them.( I cannot find it right now).

What exactly is this, and what is the approximate timeframe?

Also are there any other realistic treatments in the pipeline that specifically deal with ED caused by structural, nerve and psycological related ED.

For example a medication that was as efficacious as injections, but in a pill form- existing Pills are very hit and miss.

As someone who can still get a decent erection sometimes its a hard decision to consider and I would like to find out more about whats coming in the next few years so I dont regret anything.

Thanks to all who help.

Psych ED since forever less problems being erect alone.
3 kids. Long term partner.
CPPS pudendal neuralgia and muscle tightness in late 2023 making ED worse.
Cialis no longer works. Sildenafil 100mg with diazepam works some of the time.

I can't comment on up and coming tech.
But I just wanted to say that I suffered from CPPS and was cured by the implant.. for whatever reason.

Really? Your pain was cured too? What were your symptoms and was that what caused your ED?

Thanks.
