58 years old, living in Germany, ED since 2004,

Chris1967, mine is 4:00, however PIV works very well and most comfortable from 2:00 to 4:00.

What are you really asking? Pumping has no effect on angle, only temporary stress on tissues and potentially edema.
Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.

Hey edjohn! I actually was going to make a post, asking for info on edema. Pre surgery, I got edema everytime I had a rock hard erection. It woupd take days for my penis to stop looking like the Mushroom character from Super Mario Brothers. Post surgery, I had edema which has to be from when they created an artifical erection during surgery. Does this mean every time I pump my titan to the max, Ill have edema? Any way to prevent it?

If pumping means implant inflation, mine is at 3 o'clock, but I'm in my 70s.
Age 70; Radical prostatectomy 11/2018; Married 46+ yrs.
