Motorcycle riding with an implant…

Postby jssherrard » Wed Mar 04, 2026 9:46 pm

For my fellow motorcycle riders…

I struggled to find ride-appropriate underwear after my implant surgery. Nothing seemed to offer sufficient support. And smashing the pump while riding friggin hurts! After trying every major brand of men’s underwear, I discovered UFM. The UFM (Underwear For Men) brand makes boxer-briefs with an adjustable drawstring that runs underneath the scrotum and literally lifts the boy-parts up and out of the way. This has become my go-to choice for long rides. It’s nice to not have to constantly re-adjust the pump and, instead, just focus on the open road!

Any other bionic bikers experience lack of support while riding? Do you have other suggestions for ride-appropriate underwear?

Jss, don’t ride a motorcycle but I ride my road bike a lot, between 100 to 150 miles a week.

I’m pretty sure you can’t get motorcycle saddles with an opening in the middle to take the pressure off the perineum.

I use jockey bikini sports briefs under my cycling bibs to keep everything in place and comfy.

My pump sits in the front between the boys and it finds its place when I’m on my bike saddle.

A lot of times my pump will push upward in my scrotum when I’m riding, and I’ll have to pull it back down after a ride.

I like the jockey bikini briefs because they don’t have fabric down on my legs, they feel comfortable and the sports fabric wicks the sweat away from my junk.

I hope I helped a little

I am looking at Scrambler 1200 XE’s right now and yeah there doesn’t seem to be any good way to make a saddle “work for you”

In my opinion the best thing would be to bring back the medieval cod-piece… just revive the trend of two piece leather trousers so all the equipment can just ride high, up front!

I have found free balling to work the best.

When I swing my leg over the bike I usually have to move my dick also to the right side of the tank.

Prior to getting an implant I was concerned about this. I ride an enduro dirt bike (and an ebike).
On the dirt bike there is a lot of impact in the groin area. I asked my surgeon about the risks of this (Titan one touch).. he said my body would be breaking before the implant.
After the implant it has been fine to ride the dirt bike will all manner of impacts. For 8 years the implant has been robust and referred pain in the groin.
So it has been a good outcome. Same for the ebike.. I have a saddle that is broader with a central dip on the ebike.
In terms of underwear I use supportive briefs and they have been satisfactory.

From my experience, implants and dirt bike riding are compatible.. such that if you ride a bike, it should not effect you experience with an implant.
