Ha, there's no secret sauce...I'm in decent shape, but with the implant your cardio performance becomes the limiting factor instead of your erection. Update: after the second draining of the seroma, it basically didn’t come back. Hakky looked at it a couple of weeks ago and cleared me for normal activities. Yesterday I had a two week follow up from the last visit.

Hakky said everything looks great, the seroma is essentially empty but you can still feel the empty capsule, that should dissolve over time. I still have some additional fluid in the scrotum, but it’s decreasing and seems to be absorbing over time. My scrotum is visibly “baggier” and looks far more normal now. The Anaerobic culture came back, zero growth after a 72hr culture, so no infection.

Hakky thinks everything is great, he’s going to see me again in three months and if everything looks good we’ll switch to annual check-in visits.

It looks like I avoided a surgical option, which was my primary worry since it could have led to a revision. Now I’m just going to enjoy my new bionic cock and focus on other things in life. It’s amazing how all your thoughts get absorbed in your cock when you have issues like this.

I’ll stay on the forum and keep posting and replying, but I’m happy to be able to think about other things for a while too!

I saw Dr. Hakky again yesterday. The seroma was visibly significantly reduced over the past week, so I was optimistic. Ultrasound revealed the original seroma was almost completely empty, just a tiny amount of fluid in the capsule. However there appeared to be some increased fluid around the pump area.

When I saw Hakky he agreed the original seroma looked much better, essentially just the empty capsule could be felt under the skin. As for the other fluid he said he could drain it but I’m showing no signs of infection and could just leave it alone. He was overall very pleased, and wants me to continue antibiotics another week and add an anti-inflammatory. I’ll see him in two weeks to confirm things are moving in the right direction, but for now everything’s looking good.

I told him I have a new girl and asked if I was cleared for activity. In typical Hakky manner he said “Yeah dude, bang her all you want!”

So we’re keeping an eye on things but it’s looking really good right now. Me and my girl are both very relieved!
