I'm starting to spiral a bit with the thought of maybe needing a revision. I hope its just a valve issue, but yesterday my pump went flat after about 40 pumps. My penis still has pretty good rigidity and I was still able to have sex. It didn't feel quite as firm as in the past. Anyone have the same experience? Should I contact Clavell to set up an appointment?

I feel like maybe with all the sex my gf wants to have the cylinders could have expanded and maybe explains why the fluid is running out after several pumps?

I am having the same issue! Mine started to go flat 1 year post op (but with way fewer pumps than yours) and given that i am still able to have sex and getting rigid (not as it used to be), I didn’t do a revision.

My Dr. Told me keep working it until it dry out! Not the best advice but I didn’t wanted to go through the same painful experience!

The thing that I really dont get is if it were a leak it would seem the implant would deflate, but it stays hard. It just really doesn't make sense either on why it would all of a sudden go flat. The fluid had to go somewhere?

I observed this with the Titan sample at my surgeon's clinic after all the saline had transferred to the cylinder. You guys may need a fluid top-off. Worth every single penny if you're not happy with the rigidity. Good luck with the tune-up. Please keep us posted, guys.

You are highlighting a fascinating aspect of these things that Clavell himself warns of in post-op… rigidity depends on the implant’s ability to expand beyond the volume of our CC. In other words, aggressive cycling can actually result in eventual (slight) loss of firmness since the implants are not as rock solid on their own as they are when expanding a penis. The upside is this only means that we have gained size to the point that the implants are maximized and all we need is a revision to a larger implant and we can keep gaining.
