I think Rigicon also has girth and length expansion right?

Initially the rigicon was a big discount to the LGX, enough to convince me to go that way. They are both very good as far as I can tell and research. But I am getting a close price now, plus the surgeon prefers the LGX , even though it's my choice. Those two things combined made me switch.

But the infla10ax is not a lessor product I think, just a newer player in the field. And yes both have length and girth expansion
56, Mild ED started 20 years ago, Pills very effective for first 12 years. Then High Blood Pressure made ED much worse. Pills inconsistent now. Dont like needles. Planning IPP now, probably Rigicon Infla10 AX, to be done overseas.

I'm actually curious about that because I didn't find anyone who gained length with Rigicon Infla 10AX and I looked man, I really looked for them here, on FB and reddit. In fact there is a guy here on franktalk that lost length with AX, and there are guys that stayed where they were pre-op but none that I could find that gained length. Girth, yes, but you gain girth with almost all of them anyway. There are reports that AX is sturdier (more rigid) than LGX so I'm definitely interested to know more about it's length extension related outcomes if there are any. Not what Rigicon claims on its website but are there actual people out there that gained length with AX?

LGX on the other hand I came across only 1 person on franktalk that didn't gain length, self-admittedly because he didn't cycle much. Everybody else I talked to gained in length, some a lot, like 1.5-2"! Not cm now, inches! So the outcomes that I was able to come across with LGX basically match what Boston Scientific clams on its website about it, as in The only penile implant on the US market with cylinders designed to expand up to 25% in length and up to 20mm (18mm +/- 2mm) in girth1

I wish I could get some first hand experience input on the AX's length expanding abilities though before pulling the trigger, that's for sure.
