Re: implant approved
Hey there. Im 41 and getting my surgery next week. Its a mix of anxiety and excitement. I have the same mindset as you that I cant keep on living this way while im at the prime of my life. My wife deserves better and we both enjoy sex - like 3-4x a week is normal schedule. Dr hakky will be doing mine and ill be getting the rigicon infla10ax as part of a trial. You have a great surgeon. You will do well. Im going penoscrotal as well. Use that ved daily for 20 mins.

I Know atrophy is a problem over an extended time.
Many guys in here who haven't had a natural erection in many years DO notice a size loss(At first)
Because your penis is like a muscle-it needs to be used
But even if you loose a little, is life worth having if you can't have a reliable erection?
This will fix your problem, but you have to be realistic about it.
I see your insurance is approved which is a wonderful thing.
Your next step is selecting your Doctor.
This is the "great biggie"
Research carefully and select a high volume surgeon who has a proven track record and is well reviewed.
This is absolutely critical.
If you haven't started a VED routine, do it now.
Hiding it can be accomplished with loose sweat pants and a long shirt.
Obviously use discretion when around people (especially children) on those first few weeks before
they deflate you on your check-up.
I had no issues with orgasm after about 2 months, in fact, almost no difference in feeling whatsoever.
You may have some issues early on -everyones different, but when IPP's have an approval rating of over 90%
You will probably be just fine.
As for your anxiety, go out for a long walk every day in the weeks leading up to it.
This will alleviate alot of nerves plus get you physically in shape.
You need your mind right heading into this thing.
You can do this.
We believe in you here.
Good luck.
Best wishes.
