I had sex with the implant for the first time today. It was wonderful. My wife was also satisfied. However, we only tried missionary position at first. It was a little too hard for her, and I'll inflate it a little less next time (about 80%). But for the bionic first time, it was very good.

Chris1967, congrats on crossing the finish line ! For me it just kept getting better after the first time, and after several weeks became a great 'new normal'. Its definitely different, and focusing on the bionic capabilities really took things to 'next level'. Like you I found that inflating to 85-95% (depending on the position) worked best for my wife and I. It increases sensation compared to max inflation, and my wife ways it feels more natural that way.
