Those who’ve 4.5 inch girth, I’ve a question

Could you clarify the 18mm vs 22mm question for me as well? im 4.25 girth as well and deciding which model to get.

Basically, leave it to the Doctor. But 22mm is a thicker cylinder compared to 18mm. Depends on what your corpus cavernosum in the penis can fit.

Great question. I am 6 inch length 4.5 girth post-surgery. I went with the Titan. I lost no length.. With aggressive cycling I gained .25 girth. I was 4.25 girth before surgery. Coloplast is known for increased girth. In my case obviously that was true. It's amazing how noticeable a .25 increase in girth looks. Best of luck!

Hey man, I have a smaller girth like yours. My length ranges a from 6.75-7.1. I’m scheduled to get a titan with Eid. Would love to hear how it’s been for you since.

I noticed your location is in Oregon. Did you get the implant in OR ?
If so; who was your Dr and do you recomend the Dr. There does
not seem to much in the way of a high vol implant surgen OR.
