I’m 27 y have mild congenital curvature I had previous curvature correction surgeries, and some of the curvature has returned along with a narrowing in middle shaft on one side of the penis something like hour glass deformity but in one side . I’m concerned that after the implant, the cylinder might expand less on that side along the shaft, causing me to lose girth is that true ?

you have peyronies, get to a good doctor, a urologist that can give you these answers.

I’m pretty sure the pressure the cylinders can exert is more than adequate to correct the narrowing.

But the best thing you can do in any complicated situation is get the most experienced surgeon available. You want someone who has encountered this many times before.

I also had some narrowing on the left side because of Peyronies. It was not severe, but I could see it. The implant has done a good job of eliminating it. But I do feel that the side that had the narrowing is still a bit narrower than the other side. After some months, this may correct itself more and more. I don’t think you will lose girth because you may have already lost some because of the narrowing. Are you worried about losing more girth? If anything, having an implant will stop it and help expand it.
