1984ptc, glad the cycling is going better ! I have a 24 CX, and regained ~1/2 inch over 9-10 months. I'm 14 months post-op now and have only had a slight gain since 10 months.

Been cycling 2x a day for 20-30 minutes. It takes a while to pump this fully and im not even maxed out yet. It gets super hard and really gets uncomfortable. I know i can pump more but not sure whether i should as it is already uncomfortable.

Ive regained my base girth at 6.5 inches. Mid shaft now is still 5.5 so have about 0.5 inches to go. Im pretty confident with time ill regain my thickness and maybe gain some esp since i havent maxed this out and i have a large reservoir.

Lengthwise im still at least an inch or 1.25 inches under. Any thoughts if ill regain it back? Any lgx users out there who gained an inch back? The rigicon ax is designed similarly to avoid length loss.

I havent been able to do perito exercises yet too

1984ptc, congrats on closing in on your pre-op size. FWIW, I chose to go gradually and it took around 9-10 months to get back to pre-op size.
I have no regrets :)
- I pumped until I felt pain, not a lot, and stopped until it was almost gone.
- Then added more mini-pumps until the low level pain returned.
- Repeat, repeat, repeat. Results are in the sig line below.

Eventually the pump bulb would get hard as a marble and I couldn't mini-pump more. Now I still cycle and/or have sex daily, but little to no pain anymore. Best wishes !

Thanks chuck.
Thats what im doing now. But once i hit max tolerable size (i know theres still room to pump cause i can feel the give with the bulb) - i can only hold it for 20 minutes or so and i have to deflate. Im hoping its just time. Im still taking ibuprofen daily but would like to eventually not need any more pain meds. I guess one cant force growth anyway - its all depending on how our bodies respond. Im super early too anyway.

You say you still cycle daily - for how long?
Im planning to cycle everyday with or without sex. I wanna make the most of this length expanding ax. Hahahha

1984ptc, sounds like a good routine. I try to cycle at least every other day. I've noticed that if I go longer than that, and without sex (oh no !), the tips get tender.

Reach out if you have specific questions or want more details.

I hope you don’t mind me asking a bit more about your experience. I understand you had a seroma/hematoma after a straightforward virgin IPP procedure, and I know complications can occur even with very experienced surgeons. Given Dr. Hakky’s strong historical track record, I’m wondering whether you feel this was an isolated event or whether you’ve noticed any change in his outcomes recently.

I’ve also noticed he’s been offering a broader range of services lately, including wellness treatments and other cosmetic procedures, and I’m curious whether that shift in focus has affected his practice in any way from your perspective. I value your insight and would appreciate any thoughts you’re comfortable sharing.

I had a small hematoma around my pump but no seroma. Its resolved now i think. I never actually felt it as i thought it was just all post op swelling. I only knew about it when he did the ultrasound in 1 week to confirm pump placement. I think its resolved now tbh considering my scrotum looks pretty much back to normal. Im post op day 16.

It did not stop me from cycling since pod 8 when he told me to start. So ive been cycling for a week now and have regained a good deal of girth.

As for the other services he offered, he was already offering those when i first met him. Hes very passionate in mens health and even with the concierge services he offered, limited this to a small panel.

My experience with him has been nothing but wonderful. Hes definitely doing my revisions when the times will come as ill probably need at least 3 more in my lifetime.
