...... another reason I brought this post back from the archives is because when I do my 1 year review post , I wanted to re-read what I said, expressed, experienced and wanted others to be familiar with it . I remember early on ( I don't think it was in this post, I'll have to check ) I made a comment that I thought I felt the saline " sloshing around " when I deflated. Well in hindsight that was not only wrong but dumb as fuck . So I want to correct the record on any bad advice or misinterpreted experiences I may have shared . We get wiser with time and hands on experience with the implant.

Got the green light to start cycling and sex today. My doctor said I can use the ved but only when deflated, I see u did it while inflated. Was there a lot of discomfort doing it that way or is that the part of the aggressive cycling part?

I would like others to weigh in on this but , I think you're only supposed to use a VED while inflated. I don't want to contradict your Doctor, I don't have a medical degree. If you use a VED while deflated , I think you may risk pulling the tips of the implant out of the glans. I pump to 100 and use the VED . I get a good stretch both in length and girth. My oval erection rounds out thanks to spongiosum engorgement. My glans plumps up . It's a beautiful thing .

The way he described it me is that I need to stretch the tissue first with the ved then pump up the device without ved.

Are you guys using any soft padding on the bottom of the VED where it seals against your pelvis? I'm afraid the hard edges of the VED could kink my tubing when it sucks half my package up into the VED cylinder

I used this one for the first time last night and it was awesome. It has a few size rings that fit at the base and makes comfortable contact. Also has a pressure gauge and a timer. I saw it in one of Rodsmen's posts.

Funny for $19.99 it beats the hell out of the expensive one I bought at the urologist for at least $200.....

To shed some light on this… implants are smooth and I don’t think there is this “risk of detachment” that we feel instinctively there is when pumping. I think the worst that could happen is your CC stretch a little too much and the implant ends up too short to support it the whole way, but to be honest with how elastic soft tissue is I doubt it would even be noticeable. I bet your dick just takes the shape of your implant and all that changes is you probably have less pain.

On the other hand, if growth is your goal, I think pumping deflated is only useful briefly to bring fresh blood into the tissues. The nature of pumping is that you are trying to pull out on the tunica through the skin and this on its own limits the application of vacuum. Additionally, as I have noticed in a practical sense, there is a big difference in length in the pump between deflated and inflated and this leads me to believe you may not even be correctly training the CC when you pump deflated since it is clearly not stretched out as much as it can be.

Got the green light from Dr Clavell to start cycling on May 25th , a little over 4 weeks post op . I had healed really well with hardly any pain. When I first measured post - op I was about 6.25 " L × 5.25 G . During that 4 week time table I noticed a 1/4 increase L+G just doing nothing ( I might of put a couple additional pumps into the cylinders getting a feel for the new equipment ) . I asked in another post if it was possible to max out at 7" × 6" after I broke in my coloplast titan with cycling if I was currently 6.5"L × 5.5"G . Most said they didn't think I could gain that much. Well I've been cycling for a week and a half and just measured 7.25" L × 6.25 G ! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT ! I really believe I'm getting these quick results because of how determined I was pre-op . I was terrified of the " use it or lose it " videos I saw . The atrophy years of ED would cause , so I got proactive. I did a combination of VED and the penimaster pro traction device for about a year ( longer with the ved ) . I'd stretch with the pm pro for hours then use the ved to engorge my stretched out member. I would do this over and over . With time, I was able to add more attachments to the pm pro to stretch it even longer . I'm not a Doctor. I haven't seen any studies on it . I'm giving you my honest testimonial of what I'm experiencing. There's videos on YouTube with guys claiming they gained 1" to 2 " in length with determined pm pro use . It's all about getting that tunica stretched and expanded. I'm a believer !
