Hey Lawrence how's the pump in terms of noise? I remember this was a concern for you

You are correct I made a big deal if that. So far I’ve mostly done my pumping submerged of bath water so I can’t really hear it. Other than that I can sorta hear it but I’m so focused on the pain and trying to do it correctly that it’s not really registering. I am so far away from using this thing in a setting where that will matter.

I can assure you once I’m there I will report back.

Congratulations Lawrence! Reading your post brought me back to all the same thoughts when I had the implant done by Dr Eid 3 months ago. I was pumping twice a day in very hot bath and using medical marijuana and Advil for the pain. That went on for about 3 weeks until I began pumping and deflating in a hot shower. By the fourth week I was able to pump and deflate without pain med or pot or hot water. I went to inflate/deflate mostly once every day with an occasional second time in a day. It keeps getting better so just keep your eye on the ball and you will be great. Dr Eid and Tim are the best!

Thanks man. I can feel my self starting to learn the basics much better. I sure hope at 3 months I feel worlds different than I do now.

The Titan is a very stiff implant, especially when new. Even “deflated” it’s still like having a semi, and it hangs out more than down. I never felt like I got it completely deflated the first few weeks, and even now it seems more full than expected. The only time I get it really soft and floppy is when I deflate right after being fully inflated. Probably from creating more space after stretching the tissues. And even then, the implant feels full again within 15min or so. It might just be bloodflow to tissues surrounding the implant.

I think where you’re at is perfectly normal. Are you doing anything wrong? Maybe. Is it likely to cause harm? No. Relax, and realize if you’re not in plane when deflated (even if it doesn’t feel fully deflated), you’re in good shape. It will soften up and hang better over time, I’m at six months and the difference is very noticeable.
