I had surgery in October, I have been able to orgasm from masturbation almost immediately, but PIV orgasm has been very hard. I started a month ago being able to occasionally orgasm that way, only three times so far. First two were over a week apart, but last two were maybe three days apart. Things are improving. I still have some issues with sensitivity on the underside of the shaft, hopefully things will continue to improve.
I still can’t orgasm from oral, but that has been difficult for me my whole life.

I am 14 months post implant and still not able to orgasm PIV yet. Doctor said it is psychological and I need to see a sex therapist which I started 4 weeks ago. Nothing yet but still doing therapy. I will give it another few months.

60 yr male. Good health. ED started 10 yrs ago. Viagra worked then stopped. Tried other ED pills, VED, Trimix and Quadmix. Implant 2/7/25, Dr. Kai Li of Kaiser Virginia, Boston Scientific AMS 700. Have numbness at 6 month and inability to ejaculate.
