Dr. Eid and other excellent surgeons: where do they place the tips of the implant?

Where are the tips of the implant positioned in your case—for example, behind the glans or inside it? If they are inside the glans, how far forward do they extend?

I am particularly interested in hearing from Dr. Eid’s patients, as I consider him the most experienced surgeon when it comes to penile implants.

An acquaintance of mine had the surgery done in Germany; in his case, the tips of the implant are located behind the glans, causing it to hang limp—it looks terrible.

I was implanted by Dr Eid. The tips of my Coloplast Titan implant are in the glans.

Dr. Eid performed my surgery in April, 2025. First pic is where the tips are when flaccid. Second pic shows tip location when fully inflated. I think that the positioning is perfect.

Thank you Good Wood and Tuscan that‘s what I wanted to hear/see. Absolutely perfect! My dick looks very similar to yours, however my friend‘s dick isn‘t right which is a shame.
