Bionic Brothers,
Has anyone experienced pain in the perineal area (the "taint") when fully inflated, during the healing process? Im 3 months post op (titan one touch release) and my pump is somewhat high. I feel like the top end of the pump hits a nerve or something when the pump is fully inflated. Oddly enough impact to the tip of my penis sets off the pain in my perineal area too (same spot). Is this normal?

Stewie, I'm guessing it's more likely the inflated cylinders pressing on the perineal area, probably not the pump itself.
Yes, in my own experience I did have significant discomfort at times during the healing process, at the perineum, glans and along the shaft.
That all became more muted as everything healed and effectively I was pain free after about 6 months. Even at 15 months I can get some discomfort if I'm pumped to the absolute maximum for extended periods. But it's much more tolerable and I can ignore it.
I'm assuming the impact to your glans is from penetrative sex? If that's the case, as a suggestion try thrusting less deeply while you're still healing.
If you accidentally hit your erection against some object I sympathize. I've done that more than once and it hurts
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 2022 caused 100% total ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED. All failed. Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Got back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m. Loving it.

Thank you very much. You've always been a great help! Yes, the pain came from sex and what you said makes absolute sense. I was worried about the pump being a factor but I'll leep everything you said in mind
