Titan length and girth expansion post surgery?

Immediately post surgery I assume any loss of erect length will eventually be reclaimed as you cycle and stretch the tubes over the months following.

Same assumption with the girth.

However, the girth expands on the left-right sides of penis when pumping up, but only slightly to the bottom part of shaft. So the width of the shaft is very sturdy, and pronounced, but it seems the shaft, if you were to look at its cross section, is more oval now than before. Will full girth also expand the tubes towards the north and south axis with cycling and stretching over the months?

In my 4-1/2 years experience with Titan, the cylinders will be fully round as they can be from base to where the solid parts of tips start.You could possibly have a small area of scar tissue that’s stopping your tunica from expanding in an area. Likely as you begin to cycle more and get everything broken in things will fill out. For first several months you will have an oval shaped dick especially when simply cycling with no stimulation. Even after 4 years if I just pumped it up with no stimulation I would be oval. With a little or a LOt of stimulation I would fill out to a much more round and full girth from engorgement.

Absolutely. A VED helps everything loosen up. A natural dick is never round. It can approach roundness if you have a huge CS, but the implant does not usually impact the CS. Once you reach full expansion of the CS, you can then continue to expand the rest of your tissues, but achieving a round penis depends on CS engorgement.

If your soft tissue does not engorge, that should be your focus, separately, since the implant is not a solution for arousal. I have always needed a ring to achieve a full glans, and still do. With a ring + arousal, the whole thing ends up round, but without arousal, it's just a surfboard.
