glad to see innovation happening between brands, thats a win for all of us at revision time. the rear tips do look awful pointy, wonder about pain in the butt?

What are you looking at? The Prime is as rounded as any other IPP so far... no points at all.

42. Implanted by Dr. Kramer, July 5, 2024, AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

What are you looking at? The Prime is as rounded as any other IPP so far... no points at all.


The Prime proximal end is freaking fantastic, way better and less pointy than the actual Titan. The cylinder material seems to be a modified version of bioflex.
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.

Exciting News !!

Read that the pump has been redone, but is closer to the OTR -- plus it does not squeak. If so, I am all in. Tubing possibly leaking has always had me a bit worried.
Venous Leakage (which I believe caused by my overuse of the Bathmate VED)

Dr. Clavell, August, 2022. Titan One-Touch, 24cm XL cylinders and trimmed off 0.5cm

It would be good to see a video to compare old with the new, otherwise I am sticking with the Rigicon.
1955. I have had ED for years. We were planning to go for a Rigi10 in October 2024. Life got in the way (heart attack & stent), so we are now going for injections as a fill-in. 9/2025 More life roadblocks with prostate Cancer:((

The pump thing it's interesting. Could you please share the source?
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar
