VED w/IPP w/out inflating?

I don’t have my implant yet. Meanwhile, I’m faithfully with my VED.

Was just thinking tonight during a set:

What would it be like to VED without inflating my implant?

Anybody experience this? Thanks.

If you pump with a deflated implant, you will expand the soft tissue to a degree, but it can never expand fully, because the inner part is still the size it is flaccid. If you inflate the implant fully and then vacuum on top of that, you achieve stretch from the maximum, which is the only real way to achieve size beyond your current maximum.

It all depends on your current goal.

at this point I max out my implant (pump until the fluid is completely used up i.e. the bulb flattens) and then add the Bathmate for 20m a day. 2x would be even better but... "IRL"

Crap! How many cc’s of saline did your surgeon put in your reservoir for your 25 cm? Guess whatever pull VED does is irrelevant if your reservoir is empty.

Oh no. If I go back it will be to upsize. Functionally, it gets so hard that it will be a relief when the whole thing is a little more flexible at the same volume (all fluid). I am still working on letting the pain disappear at this volume. As soon as there is no more aching or pain I can leave it full for a few hours a day, the rest of the penis will adapt and if that means it grows then even better.

If running out of fluid ends up being bad in some way, like it ends up getting too relaxed or suishy again, I will just go for a revision to a larger size and make sure to get even more overkill on the fill next time.
