My surgeon filled my 125cc reservoir with 130cc, I have a 28cm Titan and haven't maxxed it out yet at almost 8 months. It might not take much extra to avoid the flat bulb. Time will tell.

This is incredible data! Ours are the same age and I just maxed my 26cm with at least 140mL (he wasn't sure but said he typically tosses in an extra 15).

Your cylinders either stretched longer or wider or both.

Absolutely. I am not disappointed at all. Unfortunately I have a traffic cone since the tissues are much thinner near the end of my penis. I am not sure what the best solution for that is, but it's beside the point. The Titan does its job and if you squeeze hard enough it will expand as much as you need. My girth hasn't really changed since just before surgery, but it certainly feels heftier when the implant is pressurized (seemingly) near to bursting.

“traffic cone” caught my attention. That exactly describes my penis 2 years ago after prostrate treatment. Maybe 1.5” proximal filled and 1.5” pointy distal. It was awful looking.
